Western Express

Tried my new collar tips on one of my vintage shirts

Ordered these pretty Gold Western Collar Tips about 3 weeks ago and they've finally arrived! Intricately carved with edge designs and a horse hoof detail right in the centre of the petty sized collar tip, doesn't it look just gorgeous? I shall hunt for another pair of Silver ones next. Can't wait to wear these babies out already!

East Meets West

Early this morning, we had a family breakfast and Dad whipped some Bacon Strips, Ham, Crabsticks, Button Mushrooms, Chye Sim (some vegetable Asians love) & Scrambled Eggs for our Soft Focaccia Bread Sandwich. Scooped a spoonful of whatever he fried, topped it off with sliced Tomatoes, smacked a handful of chili sauce and boy, it tasted.. pretty good! Well well, say hello to "East meets West".

How-To: French Fries & Frankfurters Platter

Baked myself some fries and frankfurters the day before yesterday and I thought I'd share 3 easy steps to achieve this hassle-free snack that's palatable but yet low in fat!

Step 1:  Bake some French Fries and Frankfurters (you can choose to dice your frankfurters)
Step 2:  Gather the cooked French Fries and Frankfurters in a bowl/plate and season them with Salt and Pepper (Italian seasoning, Cayenne powder or even Garlic powder goes well with baked fries too) Toss well!
Step 3:  Grab some Mayonnaise/Chili Sauce/Tomato Sauce/Sour Cream and you're good to go!

I hope this was useful!
