This year, my family decided to spend Christmas out of town, on a mountain an hour away from Kuala Lumpur, in a French-Themed Village cum Resort - Colmar Tropicale. Boy, was I thankful this Christmas was gonna be a cooling one. I hope you'll enjoy these.. inept visuals I snapped here and there!
Detoured to an old restaurant in KL just so we could taste the same braised meat we did a few years back - we got disappointment in return due to their devolution into commercialised methods of cooking
A nearby pushcart stall with an elderly couple making and selling traditional deep-fried snacks
Medieval Knights' Armor Vests hung on the walls of our lobby
Worn but pleasant looking shelf in the middle of our living room
Potted plants right in front of our living room window
Looking through our bedroom window on the 2nd floor of the apartment
... I had to air them
Just an ordinary salad I compounded with the available ingredients on the buffet table for dinner
The end of Day 1
Stayed tuned for X'mas Trip: Part Deux! A very Happy New Year to all of you in advance.
xx
