Early this morning, we had a family breakfast and Dad whipped some Bacon Strips, Ham, Crabsticks, Button Mushrooms, Chye Sim (some vegetable Asians love) & Scrambled Eggs for our Soft Focaccia Bread Sandwich. Scooped a spoonful of whatever he fried, topped it off with sliced Tomatoes, smacked a handful of chili sauce and boy, it tasted.. pretty good! Well well, say hello to "East meets West".
